About the Event
The Mass General Hospital Center for Telehealth and Mass General Brigham’s Virtual Care Program are committed to hosting annual virtual symposiums on key topics related to virtual care and remain committed to bringing together subject matter experiences from around the country across organizations.
Given the significant advancement of virtual care in the last year and half, this year’s symposium will focus on quality frameworks and how they have evolved, collaboratively across organizations. In this symposium, we will discuss best practices to measure the quality of virtual care, impact on patient access and experience, how to address structural inequities in virtual care and how to measure access to care, and more!
The format of the symposium will include 4 to 5 panels, which will incorporate both presentations and interactive discussion with a moderator and 3 to 4 participants per session.
